Hello everyone,just got to know that ICAI is planning to introduce open book exams in CA Final from 2017.Does anyone know what is an open book exam and how does it differ from the normal examination pattern????

CS Open Book Examination
ICSI started open Book Examination in their Professional/Final Examination.
Most of the Foriegn Institutes and Universities are having Open Book Exam.
This is a practical oriented Examination.
Deep subject knowlede and practical appication is essential.
Self learning is also very essential.
