OPC to pRivate Ltd Conversion

1. OPC Company Incorporated on 23-10-2021.with share capital of 1lac and authorised share capital of 10 lacs. With one director and one shareholder
2. On 21-11-2021 it is decided to convert the OPC into private limited Company with 2 Directors (on additional one  director to be brough in ) director 2 will be shareholders as well

Kindly advice steps to be followed, if possible with forms and documents to filed with MCA  and procedures in this regard (in light of the recent amendment in  Finance Act 2020-2021 ?)
