Opc company address change

please find attached the detailed article to get an overall idea on shiftiing of registered office by CS Dhanpal sir.

Thank you for the info, but we fall under this category :

SHIFTING OF REGISTERED OFFICE OUTSIDE THE LOCAL LIMITS OF THE CITY, TOWN OR VILLAGE
WHERE THE REGISTERED OFFICE IS ORIGINALLY SITUATED AND WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF
SAME ROC
 

and nowhere there is the mention of OPC for the above category. OPC is mentioned for other categories.

I have infact prepared the following documents :

Board Resolution

EGM Notice

EGM

But as this is a ONE PERSON COMPANY , Do we require to pass a EGM?  There is only one director.  My CA has no idea on this !
