The University Should be Recognised University, & Credited by NAAC Committee.
Then You Can Fight in Any Other State Except Bombay, Because rules of Bombay Court are Different Comparing to Other State in India.
if You Change Your State, Then You Just Need to Appear for One Test, After That Can Go Any Where.

I Think Lokesh, You Could Have Search Instead of Asking for NAAC.
Well, Dont Take it Otherwise, Here is The Link
https://www.naac.gov.in/
& Regarding Level, No, It Go Step by Step. as Per Your Experience.
There are Certain Rule Prescribed For Same.

Sir taking your question & reply Pointwise.
LLB Degree from any University is OK till the time such Univ is Approved & the College you attend is affiliated with Bar Council of India.
To practice you should have done 3 Yrs LLB Law after graduation, yrs defined as LLB Gen does not qualify for Practicing.
After passing LLB 3 Yrs you should get Registered with Bar Council of India & also with the State Bar Council to Practice in that State courts.
To practice in Supreme Court you need to clear one more Internal exam for Practicing in SC
Also recently the system of Passing an Internal exam of the Bar council before Practice is Inducted.
I hope all your doubts are cleared.
Coming to the most Imp aspect. To attend ITAT ( I T Appeallete Tribunal ) there was an amendment some 2 - 3 years back & now Even a qualified CA is allowed to appear ITAT proceedings.
Another Imp acpect is that If you want to Practice in Court then You will hace to surrender CA COP as you are not allowed to hold COP for CA & COP for LLB ( Practicing Lawyer Registration ). either a CA or a Lawyer in Practice for Court ( ITAT & Other Tribunals are Excluded )
Let me Inform you that the Emminent Lawyer Shri Harish Salve ( Lawyer for Ambani Group & also who fought & won the Vodafone case InSupreme Court is a CA & LLb but practicing only Law
Sir Incase anything wrong or error crept in the Reply Pls correct me & I would be really Happy & thankful to correct & update myself, as I am too young & small to reply queries & give advices However if things were OK &
Sir should you need any further clarification or Information You are welcome to post the same & I shall try my best to resolve your query

CA Ayush, Pls refer to the CA Act Sir you are held Guilty, practicing & Putting forth yourself as a Practicing CA without holding a COP. & as far as ITAT is concerned a Practicing person can attend ITAT not any employee.
Also toyour query about Starting & getting Practice then LLB practice is a field of Contacts & also an Inbuilt & Inborn skill of Interpretation. If you have that special Knack then you will succes. LLB is a Field to prove an Innocent Guilty & Vice Versa depending on who is your client.Something like the steps of a Staircase go upwards from down or come down from up. A knife or Knife measuring less the 6 inchs in size ( say a Kitchen Knife ) if argued properly can be proved that it does not fall under the defination of Weapon, So to prove a Guilt for Murder again its very much necessary that some weapon should have been used........... & so on sir, I hope you understood the real joy & field of LLB. Now you should know the Knacks of making your name in the Profession. I have seen people who deliberately create some Local goon do a crime & firght for them Win the case & spend some money to come on media & that the big break & kick start they get. SO sir CA Ayush again I hope your query is also replied to the best of my knowledge & understanding
