OR HE HAVE TO COMPULSORILY SIGN D FORM WITH AS MANY AS LEAVE POSSIBLE?

YES MY BASIC QUESTION IS THAT IS HE LEGALLY CAN DO???

IS THERE ANY SUCH RULE TO NOT TO SIGN THE FORM????

he cannot deny to sign the exam form if u completed 18 months of articleship
