Only 42800 have income more than 1cr.?lol

Are there really only 42800 assesses whose income is more than 1crore? After seeing the large sales of Louis Vitton and branded cars and large growth of these brands in India...Something really seems fishy!! Even PC admitted that the actual number is several times more than 42800....I wanted to know how actually they are successful to hide their incomes and how Chartered Accountants are helping them?
