Online submission of Trust Accounts to Charity Commissioner

Dear Sir,

While online submitting audit report and accounts of a Trust to Charity Commissioner on their website the relative window is not opening properly hence unable to submit the accounts. Even if I am trying to log in it is not working. Please let me know whether it is technical problem of website or is there any change in procedure of online submission of accounts.
