Hi , I ordered my books on 10Feb I'm yet to receive, supplementary and pm I need that to prepare ,I called them always busy or not picking, emailed them n also in e sahataya , no reply from them. It's going to be a month . Can anyone tel me anyways to contact them I asked my nearby ins they said they 'won't know about this n to try same busy num' unhelpful :( I need books to prepare

Till the time you get the hard copies despatched by Institute you can study from the soft copies available on the Institute's website. Hope, by the end of this week they would be able to despatch the books. Write an e-mail to the chairman of Board of Studies, if they are not able to despatch it by early next week. Best of luck.

forget books and immediately buy from icai... sorry for saying u straightly... time is more value than any thing reference to exams or atleast read soft copies

The service of online icai store is very pathetic. I got my ordered books after 12 days n that too after complaininf in e sahaayta. If one is in a urgent need of icai books..they can buy it from www.makemydelivery.com. Though they charge shipping cost more than icai but they deliver books in time. M saying coz time is more valuable than money.

just take printout mam atleast some chapters.. u paid our institute only dnt worry

You can check the status of your order by logging in on the ICAI Store website. It clearly shows when it is dispatched.

They also email you after dispatching. I got my books within 4-5 days of ordering. I don't know why it is getting delayed for you. Please check with the courier company if you get the details from ICAI. Sometimes local courier people delay the delivery.

I checked that the status is always pending . I emailed no response n called them but number is always busy . My friends got it in a week or two max, I do no why it takes more than 25days for me .
