If anybody wants to open a NEW ONLINE STORE where he can act as a TRADER, then what is the procedure for obtaining TIN no.? and what is the procedure if any registeration or license has to be obtained, if he is a proprietor?

You need a TIN (VAT + CST) and a Current bank Account
