What all other documents are required for a Proprietorship for Online IEC Number Registration beside(in addition to) the following:
Whether it is necessary that the individual must have VAT & CST Registration before getting it registrating itself for IEC Number??

IF YOU NOT REGISTERED IN VAT HOW CAN YOU APPLY FOR S.A.D. REFUND .(if import and provide sad duty)..
on the otherhand,
IF YOUR LOCAL SALES EXCEED 5 LAKHS (IN CASE DELHI 10 LAKHS) CAN GOT REGISTERED IN VAT .BUT FOR THE PURPOSE FOR GETTING IEC CODE NOT mandatory.
