Online rectification filed on 7 september 2011

I had submitted a rectification request/petition online on 7 September 2011 against 143(1) intimation related to FY 09-10.

Till today , ie, 5th January 2012, there is no feedback from Dept or Dept of Bangalore.

How long does it usually take to process the same. Any experiences please.

I TOO FILLED MANY CASES, ALMOST 4 MONTH PASSED TILL NOW NO RESPONSE. BUT I CALLED TO IT DEPARTMENT REGARDING THIS ISSUE THEY SAID THAT NO MORE ACTION NEED TO BE TAKEN ONCE YOU FILLED THE REPLY.

IT IS ADVISABLE THAT GO TO PERSONALLY TO THE CONCERN CIRCLE AND DISCUSS THE MATTER WITH THE ITO..THEY WILL GIVE PRIORITY ON THIS.

I have received notice U/s 143(1)

How to upload or submit the rectification form electornicaly U/s 154 .

I have login to the website

went to my Account

Rectifiacation Upload link is available.

I have filled all the details but it is not providing the option to SUBMIT RETURNS .

IS THERE ANY SEPERATE FORM TO UPLOAD

Note 1:

Note 2: The following are the serial numbers in the Intimation from CPC Order 143(1), which will facilitate the required input of above fields.
For AY 2009-10:

	ITR 1	ITR 2, 3 and 4	ITR 5 and 8	ITR 6
Aggregate income tax liability	22	34	31	36
Total Tax credit allowed	27	39	36	41

For AY 2010-11:

	ITR 1	ITR 2, 3 and 4	ITR 5	ITR 6
Aggregate income tax liability	18	31	29	36
Total Tax credit allowed	22	36	34	41

In this form it is mentioning in aggregate tax liability (SEE THE TABLE AS MENTIONED BELOW) but there is not tableshowing

IT IS SHOWING THE ERROR MESSAGE

"Your input details are not matching. Please enter correct details as per the intimation order under Sec 143(1) or order under Sec154 passed by CPC. "
