i want to ask that whether the printout of online exam form is to be send only by speedpost or registered post or it can be hand delivered at the local institute office

You can send your exam application by speedpost or Registered Post to the address mentioned below

You can't handed over to the nearest Institute now. It should be posted only not even by courier
