i made a donation through online mode few days back to tirupati tirumala devasthanam..
i would like to know that whether this can be claimed under 80g or not..

if its a donation then trust will send their receipt , which would be eligible for claim as per the section chosen. you can see details in print out acknowledgement.
if the payment is made for room booking/ darshan, then its personal nature of expense, and can not be claimed,
