Can someone please guide me on how to obtain One-time Certificate from Jurisdictional Asst. Commissioner to import Gold from Nominated Agencies?

Guys, figured it out my self:
It can be obtained offline - Air Cargo Bangalore (Devanahalli, Airport) Custom Department. This is only for companies registered in Bangalore.
