My query is whether other than natural person can be nominee Or not?
No, only a natural person can be nominee of OPC
So,first it's mandatory he or she shall be a natural person first
And also it's clearly stated that natural person shall not be a member of more than one OPC at any point of time and the said person shall not be nominee of more than one OPC
