One person company

Co Act 2013 232 views 2 replies

Dear All,

Is it mandatory to show Authorised capital of Rs. 1,00,000 , during the incorporation of One person company ?

what is the best cost effective way to start an OPC in Bangalore ?

I have browsed through some online websites for OPC registeration, but they include TAN , PAN etc in their packages.

I am familiar with all compliance related stuff , Just need a cost effective way to register an OPC

Thanks in advance.

JD,

Legally it is not required to have minimum paid up capital of one lakh per private limited companies including OPC or five lakhs for public limited companies, minimum capital clause was omitted. however while filing incorporation documents, you may face technical problem to have minimum capital of one lakh.

The package differce from firm to firm, however, Rs. 25 K should be OK.

I checked with one of the online agency & they mentioned saying it will be shown in MOA as authorised captital 1 Lac,  but not required the same amount in the bank.

As far as package is concerned , it starts from 12 K ( including PAN ,TAN)
