I habe two GST registration in Maharashtra because of two business vertical. One has turnover above 1.5 crore. Other have quite less than 1.5 crore.
So, shall i file both Entity GSTR 1 monthly or one quarterly and one monthly?
It will be appreciated if you could quote provision, rules, notification along with your answer.
T/O LESS THAN 1.5 CR >> OPT FOR QUARTERLY
T/O MORE THAN 1.5 CR >> OPT FOR MONTHLY
NOTE :: HOWEVER, GSTR 3B IS MONTHLY FOR BOTH THE CASES
