One group exam of PCC

Is it true that if a candidate of PCC gives exam of  only one group  at a time then he would be awarded by less marks than those candidate who gives the exam of both the group at once.

I Agree With All my friends. As There cannot Be that Unfare In Checking And Awarding the marks . As When An Examiner Checks Answer sheet, He Didn't Know that Student is Appeared For 1 Group or 2.

it is not true it does not matters that u r going to give one group or both
