Dear Members,
It was observed that one company, being a dormant company has not filed any annual returns under the Companies Act in the ROC since 10 years. The fact is that the Company was incorporated for the sole purpose of enjoying a right on a property. The Company presently has only one director as the others are deceased. Kindly advice if any remedy is available.
please read article75 of table A..get last 10 years audited report ready,make application to ROC for Normalizing a company from Dormant.....U R PROBLEM IS SOLVED.......

I would like to know if any remedy is available against the company as the company is a sham & bogus entity incorporated for the sole purpose of enjoying unlawful right in a property. Kindly advice
