great news but i think institute is not so serious about this judgement

institute should take action and provide answer sheets so that evaluation and assessment can be done

IGNOU and other esteemed institution are doing so.

Wahe guru ki khalsa wahe guru ki fateh. That goon should be fined 1lac atleast for causing psychological stress to the student. HAil to students of CA's unity. Aise hi transfer ban hatana chaiye. One can file RTI against the icai asking FOR COPIES OF ALL BOARD MEETINGS OF COUNCIL OF MEMBERS OF ICAI BETWEEN NOV 2008 TO APRIL 2009.This will expose the ICAI in matters not only of transfer ban but also of satyam.
