On which payments tds is not to be deducated

Dear Madame / Sir,

                               On which payments are TDS not to be deducted. Please give atleast 5 examples.

  1. trading activity
  2. rent upto 180000
  3. profesionl fee/technical service/ royalty upto 30000
  4. house rent (self occupied)
  5. salary below or equal to 200000 
  6. contract if single payment does not exceeds 30000/- and during whole year 75000/-
  7. saving bank interest upto 10000/-
  8. sale or immoval property upto 50 lac
  9. any amount gift from relative
