On which month of a year a pvt. company should pay tax

Hello,

I am very new to 'pvt. ltd company'. I with my friends is starting a new company (Pvt. Ltd), the incorporation procedure is under process and may get completed in coming Dec 2012.

Since I am new, I want to know on which month of a year a Pvt. Ltd company should deposit their income taxes. Is it in March or September or none of these. 

Please suggest - If it is march then I am planning to stop the company incorporation process since March is approaching and if it is Sept, then I am going to carry the incorporation process.
