i) Purchase of materials for construction
ii) Labour payment
iii) Purchase of land
iv) Sale of Flat or Duplex etc.
I want to know that on which items and how many percentage rate of Service tax and VAT is applicable for construction of Residential Duplex or Flat.I am new in construction line.So Please give me some detail information about Real Estate.Thank you
