is there any rule defined in the Central Sales Tax act, that for which amount, C form has to be issued.We need the defination as mentioned in the rules.Some parties charges basic value + CST + freight.Sales .
We have issed C form on Bassic Value ,whether it is correct ,because parties are demanding C form for full value including cst amount & freight etc.
c form to be issued on full value but i dont have defintion as mentioned in the rules .issuing C FORM on Basic Value seems to be wrong
c form be issued on value of goods + taxes only(wich is applicable i,e CST, Excise etc.) but not on freight.
Can we sale of super stockist against 'F' Form -Ashok Asiwal
C Form has to be issued for the gross amount of goods i.e. basic + excise.
It is not complusory to include the amount of tax in c form amount, however if included, it is also ok.
C Form Issued with Basic + Tax Not Freight
Please let me know what turnover declaring in Sales Tax return or in other way on which amount you assessment will go.
As per it is on Taxable turnover not onTax or Freight value so forms only issued for Taxable value.
How you can show the excees amount C forms ? if you will show the excees amount C forms that means turnover not declared by you.
