HI Dear All,

I want to know that can i pay online through ICICI Visa Debit Card ?

Because in instruction it is clearly mention that payment is to be made through ICICI Visa Debit/Credit Card, but in mode of payment of fees it is stated that payment should be paid only inline through credit card either visa or master card.

Can I pay through Debit Visa card ?????
