I WANT TO KNOW THAT A CLIENT ISSUE A DEBIT NOTE AS RATE DIFFERENCE OR DISCOUNT ON PURCHASE. WILL IT BE APPLY IN GST RETURN?

sir, u can view cr notes and dt notes in GSRT2A from supplier
for that month.
u can rectify them in your next month GSTR3B

The Customer issued Debit note based on Your supplies then You ll book it Credit Note in Books of accounts...
Also You ll show the Credit note details in Your GSTR 1 return...
