END OF THE DAY WHAT MATTERS IS "HOW U HAVE READ,AND HOW DID U WRITE,."THATS IT,...

IF AT ALL ANYONE HAS DOUBTS PLZ POST IT AND GET IT CLARIFIED,...

COZ EVERYONE HAVE THEIR OWN STYLE OF READING,...ALL THESE TIPS AND TRICKS DONT WORK IN THE SAME MANNER TO EVERYONE.,...

SO READ THE WAY U ARE COMFORTABLE,....

Right said. Lots of good posts are ignored, just because of the fact that they are posted by new members. I guess, if your idea, using thanks for posts only, if implemeted properly is a great one. It will induce the members to concentrate more on the quality and subject of the posts!!!

Finally one thing i wanted to say to all of you friends.....As per me, all of you giving an encouragement by way of comments so that i posted till now.... Further If you encourage also i will not post till the exam season.

My words to all of you "if you don't wanted any article or forum which is on inspirational, motivational, tips etc., then directly say on authors face or Send him P.M .... I can show you a lot of members who will say "Superb, Awesome thanks for sharing" and will also participate in these type of posts.... Try to maintain Professionalism in replying topics.... Please its my humble request....

I wrote an Article on Similar Issue which has not been Published yet..may be because i raised this issue and admin does not want his prestigeous members to be targeted..

and becoz my article was not approved i thought of not just ignoring whats happening becoz if CCI admin wants there forum to be spammed then let it be..

THanks a ton Anil to give words to my thoughts...I just felt the same way & even got irritated by such posts....BUt due to lack of time, & short of words, I could not express my frustarttion. Thanks a lot for speaking on my behalf.HOpe now., All CCI memebrs understand how irritating it is to motivate someone with 24*7 with so called MOTIVATIONAL & INSPIRATIONAL messgaes & making someone comment on something when people dont really like it but have to say it was good as the writer request or pleads to comment on it...Good & much demanded post..
