omission in 3b

last year Sep17i we have filed Gstr1 correctly but in 3b some bills failed to account and tax not pain for ommited bills
there is computer repair bill for 23000 and that reflect in 2a even was left can we claim now if yes in what heading interest etc to be paid pl reply
