i am a student of the old syllabus. if i appear for one group in November'2009 (which is the last exam under old syllabus) will i have to appear for the second group under new syllabus in May 2010?

Last exam for old syllabus is nov.2009 and yes u will have to sit for new syllabus from may 2010

Nov09 is the last attempt for old syllabus students.......if a student clears one group or gets exemption in one or more subjects without passing the whole group then he has to give that group or, as the case may be, the rest of the subjects of the failed group under the new syllabus.....henceforth

if u write and clear one group in old syllabus in nov/ dec'09 ull have to write the other group under the new syllabus in the subsequent examination
