Yes. You can file it upto 31st march 2010. But Penalty of Rs.5000 U/s 271F can be imposed on Co.

Yes u can file as belated return with interest if tax payable if any. and U/s. 271F can be imposed since u r going to file the return after completion of Asssessment year.

Belated Return should be filed within one year from the end of relevant A.Y.
for A.Y.08-09 31.03.2010....is the last date.......
The A.O. may impose a penalty....
