HONESTLY...TELL ME ONE THING...THE COMPANY BILL IS PASSED, NOW WHAT WILL BE THE FATE OF OLD ONE...WHETHER WE WILL GET SOME EXECUTION TIME FOR IT...AND WHAT ABOUT THE OTHER PROVISIONS AND SECTIONS THERE....I M CONFUSED

no need 2 b confused....the companies bill will become an act when it receives the asent of the President....then only we will come 2 know abt the effective date....and as per my thinking....it definitely wud tak tm for its implementation...
till then its better to give a thorough reading of the bill.....
