offline utility

i also face the above problem. please give your solution to solve it. I use windows 7 with latest java version. GST offline utility software not opening.... it says in web address "localhost:3010" refuses to connect please tell what to do?

Those who are facing above issues please follow below steps to correct it.

Right click at "Comuter" (Windows 7) / "This PC" (Windows 10) at desktop - > Choose "Manage"  -> Now Computer Management window will open on the left hand side click at "Services and Applications" - > Now double click at "Services" - > A list of services will open. Now scroll down to the "GSTOffline" (if your PC is running on Windows 32 Bit) or "GSTOffline64" (if your PC is running on Windows 64 Bit) choose any one based on your PC and right click on it and choose "Start".

Under status row if message appearing as "Started"

Then click at below link

How to check your PC Bit

Right click at "Comuter" (Windows 7) / "This PC" (Windows 10) at desktop - > Choose " Properties "  - > Now it will show you basis information of your PC, Under " System Type " It will show you your PC Bit "64-Bit" or " 32 Bit ".
