Offline Transfer of Shares from Mother to Daughter

Dear Expert,

On 31st March, 2021 Mother gifted the shares to her daughter in offline mode transferred. Transactions values are 2.50 Lacs.

Mother as on date i.e 12th Dec 2021 Not prepared the Gift deed , so she can be make the gift deed for dated 31st March ,2021 to pay stamp duty on it.

please guide us.
