Offline ITR

Can we file Firm ITR offline as there is a issue in logging e-filing portal and it will take time to resolve by helpdesk.

As per my knowledge it is mandatory to file ITR above 5lakh in efilling
only super siniors will file offline if they wants

We have to file itr-3 as partnership firm and loss claimed in itr. Then can we ?

You have to do download excel or java which one you are comfortable to do fill it then converted it to XML and upload the file in efilling portal under the firm account
