Which exchange rate we have to consider as official for indian accounting and company income tax calculation purpose?
I mean to say what is official exchange rate source?

Go to RBI website; rbi.org.in. Exchange rate for current date appears. If you go into archives from there, you will be able to take out rate for any day you want.
