This head is going to incurred every year or up next year so this head is called indirect expenses in sub head repairs to building.

total expenses amount is above 100000 , this is under building construction so, can we take under fixed assets

mansi please clarify about the condition of the building.
if the building is completed and then the repair work is done. than it will be shown as repair expense in the profit and loss a/c
if building is not completed than it will be part of the capital asset and the repair expenses will be added to the cost of asset.

Mansi ji is saying this is under construction building
so because of this there may be change in treatment of the repair expenses.
it should be capitalised as per me if building is under construction
