In order to upload the eForm for obtaining a DIN, is it MANDATORY to have a digital signature from a CA or CS or can my own DSC be used? If the latter, is it ok to leave the CA/CS details blank?

It is mandatory to have a DSC from a CA or CS. DSC OF CA or CS is used for verification purpose. So you cannot use your own DSC. You cannot leave this detail blank. |
Practising CWAs DSC will also work.
