Obligation of Contribution in a LLP

Say as per the LLP Agreement, the Obligation of Contribution of a Designated Partner is Rs.50,000.

Does he need to contribute the whole Rs.50,000 during the initial contribution itself? Or, he can contribute the amount at any time in a year?

Does his total contribution can exceed Rs. 50,000?
