pl anybody pl tell me number of days icai allowed for the student pursuing articleship after P-II in old final course because i about to take transfer from my firm

no. of leaves available is dependent on no. of leaves you take... i will just explain the calculation by a eg.... if the period is 3 years...which means 3653=1095days suppose you have taken total 120 leave... than leaves available to u is...1095-120=975 than 975/6=162.5 so leave available to you is 162... hey isnt the leave sum 1/7 of the period of service ???

I mean i didnt get this calculation. In the rules provided it is said that leave allowed is 1/7 of the period of service

after sending thanks message to ca devanshi my friend told me to read regulation59 of ca regulation 1988 accordingly u r right anuj but one thing not able to clear from this regulation that whether those leaves which we are going to deduct from total service days includes sunday or not pl read these regulation and tell me anuj URL for this is www.icai.org/resource_file/7697announ1209b.pdf

Hi Amit. ICAI didnot mention total leaves in number.they allowed total leaves as follow.

total working days(excluding sunday & Holiday) has been divided by 7. For Exmp. ur total working days is 924 then it will be multiply by 1/7. so it comes 132 days. this is allowable.
