The government authorised the NSDL and CDSL to facilitate e-voting by shareholders of companies. These are all stupid things now a days being done by MCA and so called NSDL and CDSL will charge a lot for this e-voting and this cost will be more than the cost of holding physical meeting. Rather the voting should be internet based terminal devised and maintained by Govt with high security.
