A demand was made to an assessee to deposit Rs. 204 for short deduction of TDS.
Now I have paid the said amount.
Now I want to know how to update the same on the website of NSDL.

You will deliver the challan, stating as aginat which notice you have deposited Rs. 204.00, as proof of your payment with the Income Tax Officer, TDS Circle of your jurisdiction.
