NRI Tax system

I am gaurav ray. I am in merchant navy. If I stay outside india for more than 182 days then I dont have to pay any tax. I will be joining my first contract which is for six months starting from mid november. So I will leave india on mid nov and will be back in mid may.But the problem is that I cant make 182 days outside india till 31 march. So I will have to pay taxes. Since I get 4000USD per month. I will have to pay a tax of 1.5 lacs. So is there a way to avoid it.
