Dear sir,

Kindly clarify this please.

Frequently i am receiving professsional charges invoices from my parent company from spain, while making the payment i am deducting 20% of tds.  if possible to apply pan card for my parent company in india is possible?

because my tds percentage will come down from 20% - is it right, pls clarify.
