I am purchasing a house owned by NRI seller, i have few quarries.
Am i lable for TDS of capital gain ?
If the NRI want an advance assessment of capital gain, where should he apply
(he has taken a PAN)

As an individual purchasing house for self use, you need not deduct TDS.
The NRI should pay the full tax liability as advance tax now to aviod interest under sec 234 B & C.
