Do i need offer the interest accrued in NRE account for tax in foreign(source income) country ?

Whether you have to show interest income on NRE account in foreign country where you reside, depend upon tax rules of that country.
RBI has no role to play in so far as foreign taxation rules are concerned . As per RBI , NRE account balance is repatriable whereas NRO Account does not allow repatriation.
