21 July 2022My mother's is state govt employee. Her form 16part b showing.
Following deduction - 80c 70,000rs
80ccd(1) 34,000
80ccd 1b 50,000
80 CCD (2) 108000
My question is . Can we adjust the remaining amount which is pending to fulfil 80C around 150000-70000 = 80,000 from contribution made towards in NPS which is entered in section 80ccd 1 or 2.
80 CCD 1b will be untouched as it is..

When all are eligible for deductions under respective sections, where is the question of any additional deduction?
