Can i Invest and claim 1.5 lacs limit under sec 80C with Non-NPS investments (PPF, ELSS) , and invest 50,000 more in NPS and claim this additional deduction under Section 80CCD(1B). There by totally 2 Lacs??

Additional Deduction up to 50,000 is eligible under 80CCD(1B).
limit of 1.5 lakh u/s 80CCE does not apply to deduction u/s 80CCD(1) and 80CCD(1B).
