my first income tax returns start from AY 19-20.
my doubt is can I file income tax return for AY 18-19 NOW?
if yes what are the steps.?
if no what are the reasons?

No, because due date to file Income tax return for A.Y 2018-19 has already been passed, Now, you can't file that return...
Is there any possibility to file as BELATED RETURNS?
Belated return due date is also expired for A.Y 2018-19..
