my name is sagar.

I filed income tax returns for AY 19-20 AND 20-21. and e verified Successfully.
my first income tax returns start from AY 19-20.
my doubt is can I file income tax return for AY 18-19 NOW?

if yes what are the steps.?
if no what are the reasons?

please guide me
