Friends,
I have the following doubts regarding exam application form.
1. What is the last date for the print out of the PDF form ( in case there is no photo ) to reach the institute without late fee

2. Is date of revalidation and principal membership number compulsory to be filled up for the form to be valid?

3. Is the signature of your principal or the member required in articleship declaration form?
4. How to reduce the scanned image of articleship declaration to 100 kB?

please convert the scanned image into jpg

if your articles validation date before 25.08.2017 then you need not to fill articles revalidation date
if your articles are completed no need to sign of ca
las date is 25th august

2) not compulsory

3) not required, they dont check.

4) scan it with 200 DPI (setting in scanner device) to reduce size below 300 kb

i have completed my articleship in 2011 , i have uploaded the articleship self declaration letter and filled my principal's , details ie membership no , name , phone no but couldnt get his email id .Is it alright???
