Great, please do read it 100 times as I wrote May exams,
1. AS 30 not applicable, only basic concepts are relevant - Message was sent to mobile of the Students ny ICAI also in the website
12 Marks question came
2. SEBI Guidelines not applicable.
6 marks question came.

For Nov 2010 attempt SEBI (DIP) Guidelines are not applicable but SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009 are applicable..
